Product Description

The TRION(3)-18XX-MULTI module series supports bridge, IEPE, voltage, current, RTD and potentiometer inputs on every channel. Input type and measurement range is freely configurable for each channel. Every channel can also be used with MSI adapters for charge, LVDT and thermocouple inputs. 

One channel supports a CAN interface. Two channels support counter inputs. The module is available with 8 channels on Lemo 0B connectors and with 4 channels on DSUB9 connectors. 

The sample rate is from 100S/s to 5 MS/s per channel for TRION3 modules and from 100S/s to 2 MS/s per channel for TRION modules. Resolution is 24 bit up to 2 MS/s and 18 bit up to 5 MS/s. All channels have channel to channel and channel to ground isolation. Each channel has a freely configurable low pass anti-aliasing filter. Voltage input accuracy is ±0.02% of reading ±0.02% of range. 

Freely configurable excitation voltage and current is available on all channels, as is TEDS support for automatic sensor recognition. 

There is an option for an integrated analogue output module. It has 3 output channels on separate BNC connectors, and all 8 channels on single D-SUB-37 connector. This is for use with DEWE3 chassis. The output options include a programmable voltage or current output, constant output, function generator and stream output.

The TRION(3)-18XX-MULTI module series is ideal for test and measurement facilities and laboratories, mobile applications. Sectors include aerospace, automotive, power and rail.
