The GA50 is a high performance open loop SiMEMS analogue output accelerometer available in various sensing ranges. Offered as standard in 5g, 40 & 70g ranges the GA50 delivers unparalleled performance, capable of low residual noise < 2 μg/√Hz (VRW) and low short-term bias <100 μg. The accelerometer is based on a bulk micro-machined silicon MEMS device and an ASIC with an analog front end (AFE) and temperature sensor, assembled in a compact hermetically sealed LCC20 package. Suited for high performance applications requiring long term repeatability, excellent short term stability and very low residual noise. A fit, form and factor replacement of the Colibrys MS9000 and outperforms the Colibrys MS1000.
