The loadpin series are internally strain gauged and can be used as direct replacements for clevis or pivot pins. They have many advantages over other load sensors in that they do not normally require any change to the mechanical structure being monitored. Load pins are typically used in rope, chain and brake anchors, sheaves, shackles, bearing blocks and pivots. Stainless Steel constructed with ranges 0-100 KG to 0-1000 tonnes as standard. Ingress protection is IP67 however, IP68 available on request. Electrical output is a cable gland with 4 metres of cable. Output 1 to 1.5 mV/V. Options include: IP68 submersible, Atex certification, fully welded, internal greaseways, dual redundancy, 4-20mA output, marine approval.
