PROGRAMMABLE VIBRATION MONITOR DIN-RAIL DIGITAL

M14 Universal Vibration Monitor Digital

  • Rotating Machinery
  • Bearing Vibration to ISO 20816-1
  • Emergency Shut Off or Alarm Trip
  • Sound Monitoring

Product Description

The M14 is a DIN RAIL mounted machine health condition monitor designed specifically for Vibration monitoring of acceleration and velocity in time or frequency domain. The system is easy to set up and measure via an RS-485 bus at rear and frontal USB interface.

The M14 allows simple monitoring of bearing vibration by means of RMS values, crest factor / peak value, emergency shut-off or alarm trip functions in case of increased vibrations outside of tolerance limits. With PC based easy-to-use software the information can be analysed and programmed on a laptop via a USB interface, or there is a self-learning function allowing the M14 internal software to learn the normal parameters and setting an alarm output if the vibration crosses a programmed threshold.

Updated network-based software now available to remotely access the signal conditioner and analyse the live data. (M14-WEB)

Suited to operate with IEPE / ICP® industrial condition monitoring accelerometers this slim DIN-Rail mounting unit is usually situated in an industrial control cabinet but could also be fitted in a suitable portable control box for temporary installations.

Ideal for pumps, compressors, centrifuges, lifting gear, ventilators, mills & mixers. The monitoring of vibration severity complies to ISO 20816-1 and reciprocating engines to ISO 10816-6.

To avoid ground loops, industrial accelerometers with insulated bases should be used.
