14-Bit digital output, pressure sensor
MPM2581 Digital Output Pressure & Temperature Sensor is a small profile 16mm diameter OEM piezoresistive pressure sensor with 316L stainless steel convoluted diaphragm and isolated oil-filled construction. The 14-bit digital output pressure sensor outputs pressure and temperature data conforming to I2C or SPI interface protocols. Optional 3.3 or 5 VDC supply and low power consumption, this sensor lends itself to multiple applications, especially battery powered devices. It is widely used for various pressure measurements of gases and liquids, compatible with 316L Stainless steel and EPDM. Custom versions can be provided including different O’ring material or oil fill.
