Product Description

The PNA161 Pressure Sensor is specifically designed to operate in high gamma radiation environments in applications such as Nuclear Industry, Tokomaks, Space, Research & Development. Radiation dose levels of 1000kGy can be accommodated.

The highly stable PNA161, compact 16mm diameter Pressure Sensor utilises a sputtered metal diaphragm creating a Whetstone bride which delivers an unamplified output. The sensor can be fully signal conditioned to offer 0-10V or 4-20mA output using the AMP320 signal conditioner.

The sensor is produced from Stainless steel, ensuring compatibility with most fluids and/or gases. Design temperature of -40 to 125 Deg C and ranges to 250 Bar in absolute, compound or gauge pressure reference. Mechanical sealing using either process thread or VCR an electrical using MIL-C-26482 6 pin receptacle.

Full custom solutions available for extended temperature ranges, higher pressure ranges, accuracy, long term stability using thermal aging & burn-in processes.
