Product Description

The TRION-VGPS-100/20-V3 module supports 100 Hz and 20 Hz GPS data for high accuracy position, speed and displacement measurement. The GPS antenna connector is SMA. A GPS antenna with 5m cable is included.

The module also supports PTP / IEEE 1588, GPS, IRIG and PPS (pulse per second) time synchronisation modes.

The module supports 1 advanced counter / encoder input and 8 configurable digital IO, all TTL level. The counter inputs and digital IO are on a DSUB15 connector. Inputs are sampled at from 100S/s to 2MS/s per channel.

Regulated 5V and 12V DC power supplies are available on the module to power sensors.

The module has an auxiliary output. This is used as a camera trigger by default and can be used for any trigger input / output.

The TRION-VGPS-100/20-V3 module is ideal for position, speed and displacement measurement, particularly in mobile applications, and for time synchronisation in lab environments. Sectors include aerospace, automotive, power and rail.
