Live data processing in your own application? The Data Stream option makes it possible! Stream the acquired data (including calculated data like power or statistics) via TCP/IP with high speed to one or even more applications.

The Data Stream interface is the most performant interface for data output from the DAQ system. It uses a proprietary streaming protocol optimized for speed and reliability.

Selected measurement channels (selected via the SCPI interface) are provided on the defined TCP / IP socket. The used protocol is packet-based and needs a client with simple intelligence for decoding the data into single channels. The packets are optimized for highspeed data transfer with low overhead.

The plugin comes with a number of examples for reading data streams. The examples are written in C, C++ and Python.
