MPM288DI Pressure & Temperature Sensor Digital Output

The MPM288DI is a 316L Stainless steel piezo resistive pressure sensing element with a high resolution dual 24-Bit combined Pressure and Temperature output in I2C digital interface. The pressure sensor is offered in an industry standard 19mm package in 316L Stainless steel and FKM o’ring material.

Standard pressure ranges from 0 to 350 mbar to 35 bar (500 psi) with gauge or absolute pressure reference options with accuracy of 0.2% Full scale and calibration over a wide temperature.

Especially suited to battery powered applications having a dedicated power control pin, low power supply and very low power standby current of <100nA for extended battery life whilst maintaining the highest resolution.

Can be customised for mains/drinking water compatibility, I2C address codes, o’ring material, cable and connectors, calibration data supplied electronically.

MPM2581 Pressure & Temperature Sensor Digital Output

The MPM2581 is a compact 16mm digital pressure and temperature sensing element. The pressure sensor has a 14-bit resolution (temperature is 11-bit) with part number configurable I2C or SPI digital interface. The sensor is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and supplied with an EPDM o’ring as standard.

Standard pressure ranges 0 to 0.5 PSI (350mbar) to 500 psi (35 bar) with gauge or absolute pressure references. Having an optional 3.3 or 5 VDC supply lends itself to battery powered devices with a low power consumption.

Sensor can be fully customised to suit the application demands. Can be used as a drop-in replacement to other 16mm digital output sensors.

MPM288SA Amplified Output

The MPM288SA is a high resolution, analogue output piezo resistive pressure sensor offering current or voltage output via a PCB mounted ASIC chip. The sensor has an industry standard 19mm diameter and supplied fully temperature compensated with pressure range options from -1 to 350 mbar to 700 bar absolute or gauge referenced.

MPM288SA pressure sensor has a 2-wire 4-20 mA DC current output, 3-wire (fixed) 0.5-4.5 VDC voltage output or ratio metric 3-wire voltage output. The pressure sensor includes the latest generation conditioning chip (ASIC), with digital processing dual-channel 24-bit ADC, providing a high signal resolution. The performance is highly stable with thermal aging and wide temperature range compensation.

Custom options include cable/connector, o’ring, all-welded threads.

MPM281Pro High Accuracy Pressure Sensor

MPM281PRO is a 0.1% high-accuracy, media-isolated piezo resistive pressure sensitive element that is encapsulated in a 316L stainless steel structure with an outer diameter of 19mm. Using the constant current power supply, accurate temperature error and zero output is achieved through an external laser trimmed compensation board. The gain resistance can be adjusted to provide a net FS output signal of 3.012V±1%.

Pressure ranges available from as low as 1 psi (0.07 bar) to 35 bar (500 psi) in gauge or absolute pressure reference. The lower pressure ranges have excellent over pressure capability.

Sensor can be customised to suit the application.
