Extended Pressure Sensor Range

Beyond our specialised offering of Miniature, Dynamic, Precision & High temperature solutions, we have complemented this with a comprehensive range of Industrial pressure solutions. Aimed at the OEM and volume markets, the Microsensor range has been tested & validated by Strainsense over the past 18 months. New to the market are the models M20 which is a modular industrial pressure transmitter available with many configurable options and MPM489 for Hazardous area use.

Both are Piezo resistive based technology and boast options including, Gauge, Absolute and Compound pressure ranges, many electrical connector and process thread options. The models start from mBar pressure ranges, flush mount options, and include CE, RoHS as standard. New applications or dual qualification customisation are offered.

ACA and PCA Inclinometer Extends Performance

MEMS technology is pushing the boundaries to Servo (or closed loop) technology in Inclinometers and Accelerometers. Our ACA now provides accuracies to 0.002 degrees whilst being substantially lower cost than older legacy servo products.

The PCA is a recent Digital output variant of the ACA offering RS485, RS232, RS422 & CAN outputs over ranges of +/-5 to +/-60 degrees. Crafted with a robust anodized aluminum body, the PCA Dual Axis Inclinometer guarantees durability and longevity. For harsh environments, an optional stainless steel body is available. Additionally, it boasts a MIL-C connector, providing a secure and reliable connection.

Piezo Electric Pressure Solutions for Hydrogen Applications

Over the past 18 months, Piezocryst have upgraded their complete portfolio of In-Cylinder and Gas Turbine Pressure solutions to withstand the higher temperatures and frequencies found with Hydrogen and alternative fuel applications. The NTS generation provides a future proof sensor platform with extended temperature ranges to 700 Deg C.

Piezocryst also provides signal conditioning either In-Line charge amplifiers or DIN rail mount in single and differential mode, cables. Galvanic isolators and customised probes. The full measurement chain can be provided, calibrated end to end.
