The basic question is what is high accuracy nowadays? 10 years ago, 0.1% of full scale would be considered very high accuracy, nowadays most of our products now have standard 0.1% accuracy options.
We consider 0.05% full scale or better to be high accuracy on a finished pressure or pressure/temperature transmitter.
Most sensors and sensing elements can be provided with enhanced performance improvements, either by mechanically ageing components by high grade thermal cycles, or even polynomial curve fit algorithms in the case of gas correctors.
